Michael Welty, CPA - President and CEO

As President and CEO, Michael provides strategic direction to Utonomy and actively manages day-to-day operations.
Michael is a Certified Public Accountant and serves as Chief Financial Officer for a number of Utonomy customers. He has over 25 years experience in accounting, finance, taxation, and organizational development. He has served in a finance-related capacity for Hewlett Packard Company and American Express, and worked as an audit manager in the New York and Sacramento offices for Ernst & Young, LLP.
Michael holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, with an accounting concentration, from the California State University in Sacramento.
Cassie Bangerter - Vice President/Shareholder

Cassie serves as Controller for various Utonomy customers. Her career began in public accounting at Grant Thornton, LLP in San Francisco and Fort Lauderdale/ Miami offices. Her experience extends to various industries, with a specialty in financial services and non-profit.
Cassie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management Economics, with an emphasis in accounting, from the University of California in Santa Cruz.
Brad Parsons, MBA/EA - Senior Accountant

Brad serves as Controller for various Utonomy customers. He draws upon over ten years of experience in the areas of finance, accounting, and taxation. He has also worked in many different industries within the for-profit and non-profit arenas.
Brad holds a Master’s degree in Finance from Chaminade University in Honolulu, Hawaii. He also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, finance concentration, from Kalamazoo College in Kalamazoo, Michigan.
